Supporting Swindon SME: Successful Bid Partnership on Tender for a Commercial Fit Out Project in Watford

Winning a major commercial fit out bid can transform a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) and for our latest client this has certainly been the case.


We worked closely with our latest client's business development team to manage the entire bid process from start to finish - from initial bid assessment to providing detailed storyboard sessions and providing milestone and final bid reviews.


The result? Successfully securing them their largest project to date to deliver internal fit out works across five levels on a Commercial building in Watford for a National Commercial Property and Asset Management Company.


With that project firmly underway, the team are now preparing for a further tender opportunity with the same company for fit out an additional building in Wiltshire. For this opportunity we will be supporting the team again with an initial bid review and strategy development session before supporting throughout the bid process and bid review stages.
